I followed one customer through 72 months of a loan to prove a bank should matter between payments.
I designed a year-by-year vision where the bank anticipates car-ownership needs — DMV renewals, credit impact, trade-in timing — before he has to ask.
- Problem A 72-month auto loan was treated as a single transaction, not a relationship.
- Solution Designed proactive milestones, third-party data connections, and a FICO-linked what-if payoff tool.
- Result Parts of it shipped, shaping dealer- and manufacturer-partnership software built today; other pieces still seek funding.
“His dashboard congratulates him on the new Jeep before he's out of the lot — the bank showing up between the payments, not just at them.”
My Role
I was the Experience Lead so designed and ran the workshops that drove the concepts, wrote the story to explain those concepts, produced the narrative, oversaw the graphic design and overlay production, and did the presentation of my narrative for the video we produced.
